    Preparation

    Heart Sanctuary requires a clean bill of health for heart issues and SSRIs and excludes schizophrenia diagnoses and those under 24 with a close relative suffering from schizophrenia. Prep includes meditation, yoga, vocal exercises, and journaling.

    Welcome Ceremony

    Day 1

    After you arrive, we will have the afternoon to get to know each other and experience a sacred opening ceremony around the element of Air. We will express our gratitude and name our intention. Most retreats begin with a sacred rapé (sacred tobacco snuff) ceremony before a nourishing dinner and rest.

    First Ayahuasca Ceremony (Air)

    Day 2

    We will begin with some sort of movement practice, followed by breakfast and a very light lunch. Most retreats have a breathwork session, which continues to connect us with the element of Air. Our first ayahuasca ceremony will happen that evening.

  • Relaxing bath bombs

    Rest and Water Ceremony

    Day 3

    We will start the day a little later so we can rest our bodies fully. Breakfast will be served, followed by a group integration session and one-on-one integration sessions with Nacho. In the afternoon, we will do a ceremony around the element of Water.

  • Home scent products

    Second Ayahuasca Ceremony (Water)

    Day 4

    We will begin with some sort of movement practice, followed by breakfast and a very light lunch. Most retreats have another activity to help us connect with the element of Water and our emotional bodies. Our second ayahuasca ceremony will happen that evening.

    Rest and Earth Ceremony

    Day 5

    We will again start the day a little later so we can rest our bodies fully. After breakfast, a second group and one-on-one integration session with Nacho to unpack the previous night’s journey. At some point in the day, we will do a ceremony around the element of Earth.

    Third Ayahuasca Ceremony (Earth)

    Day 6

    We will begin with some sort of movement practice, followed by breakfast and a very light lunch. Most retreats have another activity to help us continue to connect with the element of Earth and our physical bodies. Our third ayahuasca ceremony will happen that evening.

  • Colorful bath bombs

    Wachuma Ceremony

    Day 7

    Day seven is a busy day. Breakfast will be served, followed by a third group and a one-on-one integration session with Nacho. Led by the Casa Inkani Coca family, we will then enjoy a Wachuma ceremony dedicated to the element of fire. A sacred Fire ceremony will follow, marking the official end of the retreat.

    Day 8

    We will have breakfast and get ready to return home so that we can reenter the most important ceremony of all, the ceremony of our lives, spreading the seeds of transformation with newfound awareness and compassion to all those who are part of our lives back home.

    Aleyda, born in Cusco, Peru, embodies Andean/Amazonian wisdom, emphasizing Munay (love) , Llankay (creation), and Yachay (learning). Since 19, she's connected with master plants, guiding others in post-ceremony integration and Divine Feminine awakening. As an empathic listener, she aids in discovering inner light and shadow work through self-love and forgiveness. A lover of music, alchemy, and the arts, Aleyda is dedicated to awakening unity consciousness and ancestral wisdom.

    Michael Tierno

    Co-Founder

    American Michael, residing in San Francisco, has been involved with expanded states since 2016. A father of two, he specializes in one-on-one sessions to help individuals overcome habitual patterns and live meaningfully, while also aiding in integrating lessons from expanded states. Michael leads Men of Integrity retreats, focusing on the Sacred Masculine and fostering healthy relationships. He studied at the Center for Consciousness Medicine and is an active member of the Psychedelic Guide Network.
